The Western Market

A Colonial Building,
one of the oldest Edwardian Style structures surviving in Hong Kong

selling arts and crafts, clothing.

  1. What a cool looking building. I'd love to visit Hong Kong someday.

  5. nice architecture ;)

    <a href=">u may view mine here</a>

  6. I think it looks much more charismatic than the other buildings behind that Western Market archway. I hope (for history's sake) it doesn't get torn down to make way for "progress".

  7. I'm a big fan of arches so this really speaks to me. Thanks for sharing.

  8. Looks like a 'strong building' being surrounded by those large other ones. May time and life treat it kind.

    Please have a good Thursday.

  9. Hong Kong has such an interesting history, a mixture of East and West, reflected in its architecture.

Many thanks for the comments!
